Shoyu ahi poke with rice is one of my favorite comfort meals. Cubes of ahi mixed with shoyu, sesame oil, seaweed, and onions to give it that perfect crunch and flavor.

Ingredients
12oz.ahisushi grade
1½Tbspshoyu
1½Tbspsesame oil
1stalkgreen onionchopped
½Tbspgarlicminced
1tspgingerminced
½oniondiced
Hawaiian salt & pepperto taste

Instructions
Prep your ingredients by cutting ahi into cubes, chopping onion, mincing garlic and ginger, and dicing onion.
Add all ingredients to medium bowl with sauces. Mix until everything is well incorporated and season to taste.
