Furikake Salmon

The quickest most delicious salmon your whole family will love!  Perfectly baked salmon with a tasty furikake crust.  You'll want to eat the whole salmon in one sitting!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil to oil the pan before cooking
  • 1 lb salmon skin on
  • ½ lemon
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise preferable kewpie mayo
  • ½ tbsp shoyu (soy sauce)
  • 1 tsp wasabi optional
  • Furikake

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Cover baking sheet with foil and oil it so the salmon won't stick.
  • In a small bowl add lemon, mayonnaise, shoyu, and wasabi (optional). Mix until well incorporated and set aside.
  • Pat salmon dry and place skin side down on baking sheet. Spread mayonnaise sauce generously over salmon covering all sides. Sprinkle Furikake on top covering the entire salmon.
  • Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes until salmon crust is brown.
    *The excess sauce on the baking sheet may burn a little but don't worry as long as you put the oil on the salmon will slide off easily.
  • Serve over rice and Enjoy!!
