Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oilto oil the pan before cooking
1lbsalmonskin on
½lemon
¼cupmayonnaisepreferable kewpie mayo
½tbspshoyu(soy sauce)
1tspwasabioptional

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Cover baking sheet with foil and oil it so the salmon won't stick.
In a small bowl add lemon, mayonnaise, shoyu, and wasabi (optional). Mix until well incorporated and set aside.
Pat salmon dry and place skin side down on baking sheet. Spread mayonnaise sauce generously over salmon covering all sides. Sprinkle Furikake on top covering the entire salmon.
Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes until salmon crust is brown. *The excess sauce on the baking sheet may burn a little but don't worry as long as you put the oil on the salmon will slide off easily.
