1LbChicken thighsBoneless & skinless
32oz.Chicken Broth
¼CupShoyu
2clovesGarlicMinced
2InchGingerMinced

Instructions
In a large stockpot combine chicken broth, shoyu, garlic, ginger, & sugar.
Once sugar is dissolved and broth is coming to a boil add in chicken thighs. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Shred chicken then add cellphone noodles to stock, cover with lid, and simmer for another 7-10 minutes until the noodles are soft. Add more chicken broth if needed since the noodles will soak up most of the sauce. Garnish with green onions and enjoy!!
