A sweet delicious cocktail made up of a mix of Vodka, lychee syrup, and a splash of Vermouth. It’s a refreshing taste of fruity sweetness and a hint of tanginess! Perfect for these warmer summer days.
What Is Lychee?
Lychee is a tropical fruit native to Southeast Asia, specifically China. We also have a lot of lychee growing in Hawaii and I loved eating it when I was growing up. It has a bumpy outer shell that you peel off and just eat the pink/white inside. It does have a seed in it so you just spit that out. Lychee is pretty sweet and has a light floral aroma but it tastes so good! You should try it!
Lets Make a Lychee Martini
The first time I saw a Lychee Martini on the menu at a restaurant, I knew I had to get it! I love lychee so off the bat I knew this was gonna be good. It is definitely a lot sweeter than a regular martini and very floral. I don’t think the lychee taste is super strong but it is perfect so you can still taste it
Ingredients
- Vodka: Use any vodka you like, I used Titos,
- Lychee Syrup or Puree: You can make your own if you’d like but I just got mines off of Amazon. I used the Real Infused Exotics Lychee Puree. I know you can also find his brand instore as well, I am just not sure if they would have this flavor.

Vermouth
-
Lychee: Using it just for a garnish so it’s optional. If you do decided to get this I like using canned whole pitted ones.
This Lychee Martini recipe is one of my favorites! I love making this for people and sharing it because it’s a little different. I don’t eat lychees often so this drink definitely brings me back to my childhood. It has the perfect amount of sweetness and light flavor! This would be a perfect summer drink because of how refreshing it is. I hope you enjoy it too!
