Citrus Flower Martini

Using Haus aperitifs, I was able to create this sweet and refreshing summer martini that perfectly balances the flavors of the classic with the delightful sweetness of the summer season.

What is a Martini?

A martini is a classic cocktail usually made with gin and vermouth, garnished with an olive or lemon twist. However, there are several variations of martinis. Some people prefer vodka instead of gin and may experiment with different flavors as well like this Citrus Flower Martini.

In San Francisco, there’s this cool bar called the Holbrook where they have a Martini cart. I’ve been dying to check it out! Just flick a switch at your booth, and they’ll wheel it over to your table to pour you a drink!

Types of Martinis
  • Gin Martini: The classic martini made with gin and dry vermouth.
  • Dry Martini: Has a higher proportion of gin or vodka compared to vermouth.
  • Vodka: Similar to Gin Martini just made with Vodka instead of gin
  • Dirty Martini: Made with either gin or vodka but with a splash of olive brine added.
  • Gibson: Same as a classic dry martini but garnished with pickled cocktail onion.
